What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, JBC, Diners Club, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.


 

Where are you located?

We are located in Riverside, California. We are currently only available as an online store. There are no plans to have a physical location at this time in order to keep our prices as affordable as possible.

How long will my order take to ship and get delivered?

Expedited orders take 1 day to process and 2-3 additional days in transit. Expedited orders are only available for small orders at this time.

Regular orders can take between 1-6 days to process and an additional 2-3 days in transit.

If you did not enter an email address when you placed your order, please email us your order# and the email address that you would like to link to your order to ConjuringsofawitchContact@gmail.com.

International orders take 2-8 days to process and an additional transit time. The time an order stays in Customs is out of our control. If an order is delayed at customs for an extended time please be patient, your order is not the problem, most likely there is a suspicious package in the same shipment as your order.

 

 

What carrier do you use?

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) on domestic orders. UPS may be used on heavy shipments or international orders.

Details on your package's carrier can be found in the tracking information emailed to you once the order is shipped.

 

 

 

Do you ship internationally?

We ship outside the United States to select countries. If your country does not show up when checking out contact us to verify.
