Devil's Pod (also known as "Bat Nut") is the seed of an aquatic plant used in spells of protection against evil. It's demonic appearance drives away anything negative. You can dress Devil's Pods with your choice of protection oil and hang them with their "face" outward to deflect any evil that might be sent toward you. Some rootworkers like to carry this seed pod in a red flannel bag as an all-purpose protective mojo bag.
